It has been noticed that travel agents have not been adhering to QR booking policies, and this has been a matter of serious concern to Qatar Airways.
As of 09APR15, QR Reservation systems will be enhanced to restrict marriage cancellations at all times and this will be applicable network wide, inclusive of all GDS/CRS systems.

We would like to
reiterate strictly against the breaking of married O&D segments at
all times. If travel agents still manage to violate the booking policies
of Qatar Airways, it will be dealt strictly by ADM’s and complete
blocking of QR inventory to such abusive agents.
